'Intro Blog FT'

 Hey guys!! I'm back if you don't know who I am my name is Jana'e and here's a few interesting things about myself. I am 16 years old and a junior attending Fort Lauderdale High School. I currently play the trumpet in marching band. I've been playing for about a year now. I still have a lot to learn. In my spare time I love to cook. I mostly cook chicken, rice, pasta, dumplings, or any other meal I see on Google or TikTok. I am currently in the mentorship program at my school. I am helping incoming freshman get used to high school, help with any emotional problems that progress, and I help with any schoolwork they have. This is great for me because I get to discuss this in college essays, and I get to help people in need who are sometimes afraid to ask for help.


I like going to Orlando to visit my sister and her family. I also like going swimming at the pool. ***NOT THE BEACH***. I don't like the way the sea water makes my skin feel. Also has anyone ever disliked a color so much that you avoided it at any cost. I used to not like the color pink so much that when I ordered a pack of chopsticks on amazon and one of the pairs was pink, I didn't use it at all. Even when all my other chopsticks were dirty the pink pair were still in the packaging. I then grew up and realized I was being a bit unreal. I still have yet to use the chopsticks though. That's only because I lost the packaging, meaning I lost the chopsticks. Overall, I kind of like the color pink now. I used to be obsessed with it as a child then had a little "phase" of not liking it but now I'm back to liking it again. It will never top my favorite colors though. Those being blue, sage green, and blue gray.
I'm glad to bring you guys along with me as I discuss the process of what I went through for my final project. I am very excited.

‘Finally’

Hey guys!! So I’m almost done with my commercial. I have come a long way with production. I learned how to add letters to my edit. Just select the video you want the letters to appear in. Then you select the text option at the bottom of the screen. After that just type what you want to appear. You can also change the font of the text. You can also change when the text appears. For example I lined up my text to the lyrics at the beginning of the song that says “thank you” “thank you” thank you”. I also learned about the “Velocity” effect. It gives a more vibrant view for my edit. Makes it more alive and eye catching. I really want something that attracts the watcher. I also plan on adding more videos to the football game I went to the other day. I feel like I have come a long way though. Especially with editing because I used to think it was so easy. Meanwhile it was not that easy. I’m glad I got the chance to learn about it though. I can use these new earned skills for future projects....
