What technology did you learn to use I got to use my iPhone 11 in many different ways. I didn’t even know certain features existed. I downloaded the app CapCut and got to explore certain features. The editing software was phenomenal. Even though I was a beginner it was still an easy app to move around and play with. They also had stuff you can pay for on there for different effects. They also have plenty of free effects for your creative to prosper and decide if you want to put your full dedication into editing and making fun videos. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together (do not be specific on this be general) It’s takes overall dedication and commitment. The more you continue to move forward with a project the more you learn about yourself and the project as-well. You have to prosper throughout the project. Hey guys!! So I’m almost done with my commercial. I have come a long way with production. I learned how to add letters to my edit. Just select the video you want the letters to appear in. Then you select the text option at the bottom of the screen. After that just type what you want to appear. You can also change the font of the text. You can also change when the text appears. For example I lined up my text to the lyrics at the beginning of the song that says “thank you” “thank you” thank you”. I also learned about the “Velocity” effect. It gives a more vibrant view for my edit. Makes it more alive and eye catching. I really want something that attracts the watcher. I also plan on adding more videos to the football game I went to the other day. I feel like I have come a long way though. Especially with editing because I used to think it was so easy. Meanwhile it was not that easy. I’m glad I got the chance to learn about it though. I can use these new earned skills for future projects.

 Hey guys!! I'm gonna update you on how my commercial is going so far. Alright so I have gathered most of my pictures and videos but I can't seem to insert the right transitions. Everything is all wonky. It's like a few pictures fade and then some split and go to the next picture. I'm going to look up certain transitions to help me. The further I go with this editing the more I'm learning. At first I was having trouble with inserting my own sound. I tried seeing if the sound was on the app itself or if it was connected to my TikTok account. When I connected my TikTok account to Capcut  I was only allowed to select certain songs that were in my "favorites" folder of TikTok but it wasn't all of the songs I have favorited. I decided to screen record the song 'Encore' from YouTube and insert the audio of the video into my editing. This is how I inserted my audio instead.  Hey Guys!! I'm back to talk about my commercial and the official start of it. I have been vlogging most of my day for the commercial. Like yesterday, I didn't have band practice. I had to catch the bus home yesterday. My ride wasn't at the bus stop because they forgot i didn't have practice. I had to walk to the corner store. I decided to vlog about how I went to the corner store and how my day was. I decided to talk about what I got from the store and my surroundings. I also took lots of pictures to capture the moment. I have downloaded the app 'CapCut' to start assembling my stuff and learning how to use the features that are on the app. I like the way it allows creativity to take over. Hi guys!! I'm back to discuss my upcoming commercial. So as you guys may know I already chose the music for the background which is ‘Encore’ . Setting the vibe to be more upbeat. I don’t wanna give off a sad or romantic approach. I wanna give off a 2000’s ‘black’ movie montage. From what I’ve seen they are all up beat and motivating. My idea is to motivate people to just go out and have fun or atleast do something with your day instead of laying around. I have chosen a few videos of me and some of my friends to help convey the life of a teenager at Fort Lauderdale high school. Most of my videos are of me being in band or just any after school activity. That’s where I get to hang out with my friends the most. Some of us aren’t able to hang out outside of school. I want this montage/video to depict how I view life and what life means to me. Life is something that shouldn’t be taken for granted and should be lived to its fullest.   Hey guys! I'm back with another blog. Today I'm going to be discussing how I picked my picture for my intro blog and my up coming commercial and what I'm going to do for it. As you guys know in the previous blog I put a picture of a lady cooking. That was because I talked about how much I like cooking and what I like to cook. I feel as though the lady had similarities to me in looks and hobby.  Moving on, my commercial is going to be a few photos and videos of me. I don't really take pictures of myself. I do take pictures of my surroundings though. I like taking pictures of sunsets and the sunrising. I will be inserting those into the video as well. I will even add videos/montages of me cooking or practicing my trumpet. I will also insert a song that was introduced to me by one of my close friends. It's called Encore by JAY-Z.
