Genre Research: Analysis

We chose the comedy horror genre. This hard choice was influenced by a number of factors. One of them was how hard it would be to obtain certain materials or acting skills. Ultimately, the comedy-horror genre proved to be the easiest since most films are often seen as funny because of the obvious fake props and most of them are scary because of the unexpected jump-scares. This is the overall choice.

'Our Pitch FT'

Pitch A: A man is try to kill a woman. Charmed and humored she plays along Pitch B: A girl is on her way home from work but she doesn't know she is being followed.  Pitch A: pros- cheap, easy, and simple. cons- acting, writing, music Pitch B: This would be a great plot twister to make. It has a chance to be funny, horrific, etc. This would be a great pitch because of the amount of creativity that can be put behind it. With that being said it can also be boring and a hard concept. How well can we execute this. This will certainly put our skills to the test. Our final decision: since we don't have anyone to play the man. Pitch B: A girl is on her way home from work but she doesn't know she is being followed.

I will be working with Jenna Grivas for this  as well . I'm looking forward to her contribution. She has always brought creativity to the table  whether  it be drawing or editing wise. I'm glad to be working with a familiar face again. This will be fun since we already know our weak points and what we each bring to the table. She has a strong work ethic. Along side that a strong collaborative approach. Jenna's creativity and attention to detail will definitely help enhance our final task. I really look forward to combining our skills to achieve a successful final product. We have already started brainstorming ideas for the snippet of the movie intro. Her strong analytical skills and ability to think critically about media concepts will bring a layer of depth to our work. We are excited to put our creativity to the test. This will certainly be an experience for us both. I would rather work in a group than alone. This is because I would think its difficult to execute the re

Hey guys!! I'm back if you don't know who I am my name is Jana'e and here's a few interesting things about myself.   I am 16 years old and a junior attending Fort Lauderdale High School. I currently play the trumpet in marching band. I've been playing for about a year now. I still have a lot to learn. In my spare time I love to cook. I mostly cook chicken, rice, pasta, dumplings, or any other meal I see on Google or TikTok.  I am currently in the mentorship program at my school. I am helping incoming freshman get used to high school, help with any emotional problems that progress, and I help with any schoolwork they have. This is great for me because I get to discuss this in college essays, and I get to help people in need who are sometimes afraid to ask for help. I like going to Orlando to visit my sister and her family. I also like going swimming at the pool. ***NOT THE BEACH***. I don't like the way the sea water makes my skin feel. Also has anyone ever dis
